The only issue with the wallbed unit was a few soft close mechanisms on cabinet doors that had failed. Whenever he does a new installation in my area, I have him check things like spring tension, table hinges and other details. He has factory coatings with him to take care of minor scratches. Owning a Wallbed by Wilding is like owning a fine car where the manufacturer is obsessed with perfection and customer satisfaction.
