I recently had to renovate the first rental unit where I installed a Wallbed by Wilding. The carpeting had to be replaced, the bathroom fixtures needed replacing, but the Wilding Wallbeds and cabinets were like new, even after several years of rental to college students. The only issue with the wallbed unit was a few soft close mechanisms on cabinet doors that had failed. When I spoke to Dennis, I learned that it was a known issue with a vendor and a replacement has been in use for years. I wasn’t expecting anything, but wanted to know if I could buy some of the new soft close units. Much to my surprise, Wilding Wallbeds sent me replacements which took only minutes to install. Not only have the wallbeds exceeded my expectations, but the long term product support and technical assistance have been spectacular. Although I’m about 1500 mi. from your factory, I have Jason, a Wilding factory trained technician close by. Whenever he does a new installation in my area, I have him check things like spring tension, table hinges and other details. He has factory coatings with him to take care of minor scratches. Owning a Wallbed by Wilding is like owning a fine car where the manufacturer is obsessed with perfection and customer satisfaction.
